He called out at the time he said he would, he looked at what the problem was and was clear what we needed. He called us the following morning with a quote which myself and my wife were very happy with. We gave him the go ahead to get it sorted. He said he had to move a few jobs around to get ours done as we had no hot water. The job was completed late afternoon early evening the day after we called him. He was extremely tidy, respective of our home basically a pro. He also came the next evening and replaced a set of kitchen taps which had been dripping and had a little leak into the cupboard below.
